Regional Head of Business Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and cultured General Manager / Head of Business to lead and inspire a large team across multiple Used Car Dealerships in the south of England.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of circa 300 staff to deliver exceptional performance.
  • Unleash the potential of each site by setting stretching objectives and providing regular feedback to general managers.
  • Ensure compliance and customer experience standards are met.
  • Report site performance to the Sales Director and board of directors.
  • Pioneer new strategies and techniques to inspire the team.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced, volume-based business within the Automotive Industry.
  • Strong used car background, ideally from a used car supermarket.
  • Ability to lead by example, manage, and inspire the team.
  • Strong customer focus, great computer literacy, and strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivation and experience working with Aftersales / Service departments an advantage.
Working Pattern

A mix of weekends and weekdays, mainly long days of 4 or 5 days per week, rota dependent. Extended in-house training period required initially, with travel to other parts of the business to absorb company culture and processes.
