We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager to lead our DUAL Retail Strategy in the South West region of England. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for building a market-leading team and driving profitable growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a distribution strategy that encompasses both DUAL Retail and DUAL UK.
- Contribute to the broader DUAL Retail Leadership team, focusing on long-term profitable growth.
- Leverage existing capabilities and identify new opportunities for growth, sponsoring the development of propositions and capabilities needed to succeed in the market.
- Proven experience in a Distribution Manager or equivalent role.
- Demonstrated ability to shape and execute a clear distribution strategy.
- Strong ability to use data to inform and guide distribution decisions.
- A strong and positive presence in the market, capable of influencing and building relationships.
