Key Responsibilities- Support the Registered Manager in leading a successful staff team and overseeing the day-to-day operation of the home.
- Provide compassionate care and support to our young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our young people, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring the needs of our young people are met.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- A Level 3 qualification in Children's Residential and Childcare is essential.
- Previous experience in a residential childcare setting is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our young people and staff.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A full UK driving license is required.
- A competitive hourly rate, plus an average of 6 sleep ins per month at £55 per sleep in.
