About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team at Aspris Children's Services. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Registered Manager in leading a successful staff team and overseeing the day-to-day operation of the home.
  • Provide compassionate care and support to our young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our young people, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring the needs of our young people are met.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • A Level 3 qualification in Children's Residential and Childcare is essential.
  • Previous experience in a residential childcare setting is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our young people and staff.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A full UK driving license is required.
