Job Title: Night Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Support Worker to join our team in York Close Supported Living, Mildenhall, East Anglia.

About the Role:

As a Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autism in our supported living services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the night-time routine of individuals, including administering medication
  • Providing personal care and reassurance as needed
  • Undertaking domestic tasks to maintain a high level of cleanliness
  • Completing shift records and paperwork
  • Ensuring a smooth handover to daytime staff in the morning
Requirements:

We are looking for an individual who is resilient, supportive, and sensitive towards the needs of autistic people. As a Night Support Worker, you will need to be passionate, patient, and committed to providing high-quality care.
