Supporting Individuals with Autism

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in our supported living services. As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autism in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting individuals with personal care and reassurance
  • Issuing medication and undertaking domestic tasks
  • Completing shift records and paperwork
  • Ensuring a robust handover to day time staff

Requirements:

  • Resilience and sensitivity towards the needs of autistic individuals
  • Passion, patience, and commitment to supporting individuals with autism
