Supporting Individuals with Autism
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in our supported living services. As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autism in their daily lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting individuals with personal care and reassurance
- Issuing medication and undertaking domestic tasks
- Completing shift records and paperwork
- Ensuring a robust handover to day time staff
Requirements:
- Resilience and sensitivity towards the needs of autistic individuals
- Passion, patience, and commitment to supporting individuals with autism
