Job Title: Support Worker - Night Shift

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in York Close Supported Living, Mildenhall, East Anglia. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autism in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support individuals with personal care and reassurance as needed
  • Undertake domestic tasks to maintain a high level of cleanliness
  • Complete shift records and paperwork
  • Ensure a smooth handover to day staff in the morning
Requirements:
  • Resilience and sensitivity towards the needs of autistic individuals
  • Passion, patience, and commitment to supporting individuals with autism
