As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the programme forward, managing sub-contractors, and ensuring the highest standards of health & safety.

About the Role
  • You will report directly to a Project Manager and be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the site management, including internal and external packages.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in project management, with a focus on general contracting.
  • Strong technical skills, including SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
  • An excellent understanding of construction processes, from inception to completion.

This role comes with a competitive daily rate of up to £285 (CIS or PAYE), making it an attractive opportunity for experienced professionals.
