About the Opportunity

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Family Placement Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing suitable placements for children and young people, ensuring that placement settings meet their needs and provide value for money.

  • You will work closely with families, social workers, and placement providers to identify the most suitable placement options for children.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential in this role, as you will need to build strong relationships with various stakeholders.
  • The successful candidate will be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances, prioritizing tasks accordingly.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £35,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
