Senior Bid Writer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Bid Writer to join our team at 3Search. As a key member of our bid writing team, you will be responsible for delivering compelling content that meets the company's brand, position, and processes.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading Mechanical & Electrical services contractor with technical expertise in fire safety, installation, and testing. The company has experienced significant growth over the past two years, with a consistent increase in demand, creating long-term employment and training opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the business with day-to-day bid writing, delivering high-quality content that aligns with the company's brand and processes.
- Work closely with a Bid Co-ordinator, providing training and guidance when required.
- Develop and deliver standard content, CVs, case studies, capability statements, and project profiles.
- Research and analyze regional regulatory requirements, project scope, works instructions, and client strategy documents.
- Produce compelling, factual, and focused executive summaries and marketing content.
- Report directly to senior management, highlighting any business risks identified in RFPs.
- Experience in writing and understanding bids and proposals within an engineering/facilities/construction environment.
- Familiarity with reading and understanding requirements from high-level RFPs/RFIs/EOIs.
- Public sector procurement expertise.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clearly for an international audience.
