About the Role

Reckitt is seeking talented individuals to join our Commercial team as part of our Commercial Future Leadership Scheme. This 2-year program offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in sales and marketing, working on high-profile brands and projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and brand initiatives
  • Support the National Accounts Team in implementing joint business plans for account portfolios
  • Conduct regular analysis and present performance reviews, sharing insights and recommended actions
  • Achieve net revenue, gross margin, and 4P targets for specified accounts
  • Contribute creative and innovative ideas for brand growth and elevate market presence

About the Scheme

The Commercial Future Leadership Scheme is designed to provide a well-rounded holistic view of sales and marketing, with two 1-year rotations based in our UKI office in Slough, Berkshire. At the end of the 2-year scheme, you will transition into a full-time permanent role in either sales or marketing.
