Commercial Future Leadership Scheme: Unlocking Business Growth

We are seeking ambitious and innovative individuals to join our Commercial team at Reckitt. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer journey and contributing to our mission of building meaningful brand experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and initiatives, analyzing their success and identifying areas for improvement.
- Support the National Accounts Team in implementing joint business plans, conducting regular analysis, and presenting performance reviews to inform strategic decisions.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets, managing net revenue, gross margin, and 4P targets (product, placement, price, and promotion) for assigned accounts.
- Contribute creative and innovative ideas to drive brand growth and elevate market presence, working closely with the in-store merchandising team to deliver best-in-class sales execution.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions, supporting the execution of local marketing and promotional activities.
- Recent or current graduate with a degree in any field.
- Previous experience in marketing or sales roles is highly valued, but not essential.
- A blend of analytical and creative thinking, with effective communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills, presentation skills, creativity, and experience in the FMCG/Consumer Health industry.
