We are looking for a compassionate and caring individual to join our home care team in Hull and surrounding areas. As a Home Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our service users in their own homes.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing meals, personal care, assisting with medications, shopping, and ensuring all needs are met as outlined in the personal care plan. Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering high-quality care to service users in their own homes
  • Preparing meals and assisting with personal care
  • Assisting with medications and shopping
  • Ensuring all needs are met as outlined in the personal care plan
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have a caring nature, good communication skills, and a positive attitude. A UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are desirable, but not essential.
