**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide one-on-one support to students with SEN, helping them grow both academically and personally.
  • Collaborate with teachers to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and utilize strategies that cater to each student's specific learning requirements.
  • Create a welcoming and inclusive learning environment, focusing on the social and emotional well-being of the children.
  • Support teachers with classroom activities, ensuring that each student receives an engaging and supportive educational experience.
  • Keep parents, caregivers, and relevant stakeholders informed with regular progress reports and communication.

**Requirements:**

  • Prior experience working with SEN children is highly valued.
  • Must exhibit patience, understanding, and a deep commitment to supporting the unique needs of SEN learners.
  • Ability to modify teaching techniques to suit various learning styles.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A valid driver's license and access to transportation are preferred due to the school's location.

**Salary and Benefits:** This role offers a competitive daily rate of £90 to £100, depending on experience and qualifications. You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the education and development of children with SEN.
