Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Global Event Production Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for overseeing the production of Frieze Sponsors' activations at all Frieze Fairs, working closely with Sponsors, contractors, third-party companies, and internal departments in a project management capacity.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head of Fair Production in all production-related activities on the Fairs, as required.
  • Travel overseas when required for Fairs or events.
  • Collate information and hospitality packages, in close consultation with the Head of Fair Production, for Partnerships teams to sell to sponsors as required.
  • Update, manage, and distribute Sponsor Online Manuals.
  • Manage production schedules as required.
  • Research and utilize new suppliers for building sponsor spaces.
  • Ensure sensitivity to existing Production relationships and schedules.
  • Ensure H&S, CDM, and fire regulations are correctly adhered to.
  • Act as the production 'point of contact' for all sponsors with a lounge activation at any fair.
  • Present an evaluation/debrief report to the Senior Production Manager post-fair.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A clean Driving License.
  • Experience working with temporary structures.
  • Some knowledge of working with CAD.
  • Innate high standards and concern for a high level of quality.
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This figure reflects the market rate for similar roles in the London area and takes into account the specific requirements and responsibilities of this position.
