King Lifting is a leading provider of crane hire and contract lifting services. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Depot Manager to join our team at our Avonmouth site.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our crane operations, including asset management, labour utilisation, and environmental, health and safety compliance. They will also be responsible for the welfare, safety, and working hours of all related personnel, as well as meeting set KPIs and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage crane operations, including asset management and labour utilisation
  • Ensure environmental, health and safety compliance
  • Responsible for the welfare, safety, and working hours of all related personnel
  • Meet set KPIs and SLAs

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in the crane or plant hire industry
  • Operational understanding of cranes, transport, or hire desk
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Prioritisation and ability to work under pressure
