We are looking for a Strategic OD Practitioner to join our team and drive organisational improvement. The successful candidate will have a strong background in organisational development and leadership, with experience in designing and delivering leadership development training.

Role Overview

The Strategic OD Practitioner will provide OD and C&I services to stakeholders and support the continuous quality improvement agenda. This will involve working closely with senior leaders and managers to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for implementation.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of E,D&I, leadership, talent and succession planning, and be able to apply this knowledge in a practical context.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have a qualification in OD or Leadership, with evidence of CPD in the OD field and coaching/mentoring formal training and development. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and managers.
