We're excited to be partnering with LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare Together, we're looking for a new HR Business Partner to join one of the leading providers of clinical homecare in the UK. LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare provide care to more than 100,000 patients in the comfort of their home, at work, or in the community - ranging from straightforward delivery of medication to specialist nursing for complex conditions.
- **The Role**_

As HR Business Partner, you will play an integral role in aligning People strategies with business objectives to drive organisational effectiveness and employee engagement. Partnered to three distinct business divisions within LPCH (600 headcount), this role is positioned to help strategic design and decision-making within partnered functions, as well as provide operational delivery serving as a trusted advisor to colleagues and stakeholders. As an exciting and fast-moving business, this is the perfect role for someone who views themselves as a change practitioner; helping to lead, guide and deliver transformational change aligned to business objectives.
- **Responsibilities**_
- Develop and lead targeted people plans to meet current and future business needs
- Monitoring and tracking trends on all relevant people metrics, providing support and guidance to enable accurate forecasting and planning
- Leads and promotes the performance management process for the functional areas
- Providing support and guidance to ensure the functional area is best shaped and resourced to deliver the business objectives and priorities
- Managing and supporting the implementation and embedding of people-related change projects and initiatives within the business areas

**About You**

We're looking for an agile and commercial HR professional who is comfortable with change and a fast-paced HR arena. To be successful, you'll need to be a strategic thinker who can 'join the dots' and help with the design and delivery of associated initiatives. You'll be able to see the 'big picture' and navigate complexity through meaningful collaboration.
