We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources and Payroll Specialist to join our finance team at Page Personnel Finance. The successful candidate will have experience in payroll and be able to work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll data.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintaining employee records and ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed in a timely manner.
  • Collating and submitting monthly payroll data to the external payroll provider.
  • Providing support to employees with their payroll queries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Calculating holiday pay and ensuring that all employees are aware of their entitlements.
  • Assisting with recruitment and on-boarding processes, including conducting interviews and creating offer letters.
  • Supporting employee relations issues, such as grievances and disciplinary procedures.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a strong attention to detail. They will also have a strong understanding of employment law and be able to provide guidance to colleagues on HR-related matters.
