**The Opportunity**:
We’re seeking to recruit a passionate and dynamic individual, experienced in the day to day workings of HR & who is ready to take the next step in their career. In this role you will partner with the Management team on all people related matters, you will provide advice on individual, team & site/hybrid related issues. You will be actively involved in all areas of the employee life cycle, & will provide weekly analysis on HR issues whilst working closely with management to promote and shape the people agenda.

**Job Purpose**:
This role is key to the success & growth of our Operation. You will be supporting our HR Manager in the day to day management of the function and delivery of the People strategy with impact analysis. We are seeking a highly capable & ambitious HR professional with the drive to succeed in a high growth business environment whilst always pushing themselves and the team onward.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Act as a colleague champion and change agent, anticipating People related needs and developing integrated solutions in line with the overarching People strategy
- Implement & coordinate new/existing engagement strategies to support operations
- To assist the management team in achieving operational excellence across all sites by ensuring that the engagement plan is integrated with the overall business plan.
- Create strong partnerships across the Group to deliver a value-added service to all Colleagues
- Provide performance management guidance to Line Managers to include coaching, support and career development
- Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with senior key stakeholders and the wider People team to develop solutions
- Ensure employee relations policies and procedures are fairly and proportionately applied, whilst identifying opportunities for improvement to current practices in conjunction with the wider People team
- Develop, organise and facilitate Human Resources best practices and programmes to meet the strategic business needs in assigned locations
- Provides day to day support and guidance to the HR colleagues, management and other staff with complex, specialized, and sensitive questions; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.
- Assist in improving culture and morale and increasing performance through implementation and management of company recognition programmes and initiatives.

**Experience & skills**:

- The role holder needs to be different things to different people and key to your success is building strong internal relationships across the group. We are seeking an ambitious and customer centric individual to join our team.
- It is desirable that you are CIPD qualified to level 5 or 7 standard or that you have at least 3 years’ experience of working in a HR Business Partner/People Partner role.
- Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Ability to prioritise and handle multiple assignments at any given time.
- Must be flexible and able to commit the time required to get the job done in line with business needs.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills and attention to detail

- Conscientious and reliable individual who is self-motivated.
- Friendly personality that will lead by example; shows confidence and pride in delivering excellent service
- Open and trustworthy.
- Enthusiastic with positive attitude to work; unafraid to challenge the status quo but risk aware;

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
