Job Summary

We are seeking an Organisational Excellence Coordinator to join our HR team.

  • Develop and implement initiatives to improve organisational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with line managers to identify and address development opportunities.
  • Design and deliver training programs to meet business needs.
  • Build relationships with external providers and negotiate contractual terms.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • Proven experience in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
