Job SummaryWe are seeking an Organisational Excellence Coordinator to join our HR team.
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve organisational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with line managers to identify and address development opportunities.
- Design and deliver training programs to meet business needs.
- Build relationships with external providers and negotiate contractual terms.
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should have:
- Proven experience in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
