**Job Overview**
We are looking for a motivated and caring Residential Childcare Assistant to join our team at Supply Staff Ltd, working in Bournemouth with children aged 10 to 17 years old. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide safe, caring, and nurturing living environments for children and young people nationwide.
About the Position
- Implement care plans and support young people in developing living skills.
- Collaborate with other professionals in care and education to promote positive behaviour.
- Help individuals manage their emotions and behaviours effectively.
- Build positive relationships with children, their families, and other professionals.
Key Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in the UK care sector supporting children and young people.
- Experience as a Support Worker.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (Required).

- Position: Support Worker (Children)
- Type of Work: Temporary with temp-to-perm options available
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: Ongoing
- Full-Time/Part-Time: Full-time with varied shift patterns to suit work/life balance
- Hours: Long days, waking nights, and sleep-in shifts available with flexible hours to fit your schedule
Estimated salary: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum.
