Key Responsibilities

The successful Senior Leadership Role in Programme Management will be responsible for defining the trust's overall portfolio of projects and programmes, ensuring the consistent application of the programme management approach across the portfolio. They will also be responsible for presenting complex information and data through presentation skills and report writing.

This role requires a strong leader with significant project/programme management and services development skills, acquired in a wide range of organisations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering strategic change initiatives in challenging organisational environments, with a focus on delivering efficiency and sustainability.

This role offers a competitive salary of £55,000-£70,000 per annum, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including a generous pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.
