About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Midwife to join our Antenatal Ward Core Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with a variety of antenatal complications.
Main Responsibilities
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of antenatal care and complications
- Provide education and support to junior staff and students
- Participate in weekly huddles to drive quality improvement initiatives
- Take on a lead role for a specific area of the ward, developing expertise and supporting colleagues
