The Role
  • We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of residents through ongoing assessment, planning, and reviews.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to staff, fostering a culture of excellence in care delivery.
  • Support staff and residents in achieving their full potential.
Requirements
  • A Level 2 Adult Care or Health and Social Care qualification.
  • A Level 2 Team Leader or management qualification, or willingness to obtain one post-appointment.
  • Experience working with learning disabilities, driven by a genuine desire to make a difference.
  • Leadership qualities, with a positive outlook and a knack for motivating teams.
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure and effectively manage emotional and behavioural challenges.
