Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Aftersales Service Engineer to join our team at FAAC Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. PPM, Reactive & Modernization/Upgrade Call Completion: Complete calls in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  2. Customer & Colleague Technical Support: Provide expert technical guidance and support to customers and colleagues, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
  3. Door Safety Checks & Incident Investigation: Conduct thorough safety checks and investigate incidents to ensure the highest level of safety and compliance.
  4. Flexible Working Approach: Offer a flexible approach to working hours, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
  5. On-Site Customer Support: Provide on-site customer support to EQS customers, delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  6. Process Adherence & Improvement: Adhere to company processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance service delivery.
  7. Customer Service & QHSE Compliance: Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining QHSE compliance at all times, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  8. Team Player & Maintenance: Work collaboratively as a team player, managing tablet/paperwork, stock, vehicle, uniform, and PPE maintenance to ensure seamless service delivery.
  9. Customer-Specific Processes & Procedures: Comply with all customer-specific on-site arrival/pre-work/working/departure processes and procedures, completing mandatory box tests after all calls.
Requirements

We require:

  • BS7036/EN16005 qualification
  • Previous knowledge and experience of working on automatic doors, highly desirable
  • English language proficiency and other qualifications
  • Full current driving licence and CSCS Card
