Job OpportunityWe are seeking a passionate and skilled individual to join our developing Children and Family Hubs Partnership and Early Years service. The successful candidate will have experience in redesigning and commissioning services through partnership working and collaboration with stakeholders.
This is a fast-paced project that requires someone who can hit the ground running and meet the government requirements associated with the National Family Hubs Programme and Early Years agenda.
Key Responsibilities- Redesign and commission services through partnership working and collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve the life chances of children, young people, and families
- Work closely with local residents, schools, and community groups to ensure inclusive and successful outcomes
- Meet government requirements associated with the National Family Hubs Programme and Early Years agenda
