Family Support Coordinator

We're looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Children, Young People and Families End Point Assessor. As a key member of our assessment team, you'll play a vital role in evaluating trainees' competencies and ensuring they meet the required standards.
Your expertise in the Children, Young People and Family sector will enable you to assess trainees effectively, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to their personal and professional growth. A strong focus on safeguarding and a commitment to delivering high-quality assessments are essential for this role.
This home-based position involves frequent travel across the North of England, so a driving license and reliable transportation are necessary. We also require proficiency in using technology, including Microsoft Office, email, and web conferencing tools. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of trainees' competencies
- Provide detailed feedback and recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with training providers to ensure trainees meet assessment criteria
- Maintain accurate records and reports on trainees' progress
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance assessment skills and knowledge
Our competitive salary range for this role is £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
