Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Companion Care Worker to join our team in Crawley, UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex health needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing personal care and support to individuals with complex health needs.
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Preparing meals and snacks, and assisting with feeding if required.
  • Supporting individuals with mobility issues, including transfers and mobility aids.
  • Administering medication and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Recent experience working in complex care or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic life support training and first aid certification.
  • Able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
