Job Title: Night Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate care professional to join our team at Austin Fraser, a specialist care organisation in Worth, West Sussex.

About the Role:

This is a permanent night care assistant position that requires a flexible rota commitment. The service provides high-quality care to elderly individuals with Alzheimer's, dementia, and other related illnesses.

Responsibilities:
  • Supporting daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care
  • Accompanying clients on travel escorts and teaching independent life skills
  • Assisting with accessing community-based activities
