Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Care Manager to join our team at Active Care Group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality care services to clients with complex needs in their own homes.

About the Role

  • This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm.
  • The role involves home-based work with travel across the designated region of Sussex, Crawley, Burgess Hill, Worthing, Chichester, Midhurst, Eastbourne, and Hailsham.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Delegating clinical skills to Support Workers and Care Managers through training and assessment to ensure safe and effective service provision.
  2. Working with the Care Manager team to plan ahead and ensure delegation of skills requirements within the region.
  3. Evidencing delegation of clinical skills to Support Workers and other team members in line with company policy.
  4. Conducting annual observations of Support Workers and Care Managers within the workplace.

Requirements

  • A current NMC Pin registration as a Registered Children's Nurse or Registered Nurse.
  • A legal right to work in the UK.
  • A full driving license with your own vehicle.
