About the Role

As a Care Team Leader at Care UK, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to lead and supervise their shift, ensuring that our high standards of care are consistently delivered.

The role involves case managing residents, liaising with families and healthcare professionals, administering medication, conducting risk assessments, and supporting residents with daily needs.

You will work closely with the leadership team to develop services and provide a fun, inclusive, and professional approach at all times.

In this dynamic role, you will be empowered to take ownership of your schedule, allowing you to tailor it to fit your lifestyle while being a valued member of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise shifts to ensure high-quality care is delivered
  • Case manage residents, liaising with families and healthcare professionals to create effective care plans
  • Administer and record medication as required
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement preventative measures
  • Support residents with daily needs, promoting independence and well-being
  • Work closely with the leadership team to develop services and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent experience desirable
  • Proven ability to lead and supervise others, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in administering medication and conducting risk assessments
  • Able to work autonomously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality care and committed to resident-centered practice
