Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage projects from order placement to completion, ensuring seamless coordination and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure timely project completion.
- Project Coordination: Manage projects from start to finish, including finalizing specifications, placing orders, and coordinating handovers.
- Liaison with Clients and Suppliers: Establish strong relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth communication and resolution of any issues.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, such as sending POs, checking invoices, and signing off against orders.
- Team Support: Assist the design team in ensuring drawings and presentations are accurate and up-to-date.
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
