As a key member of our dynamic team, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team with product selections and quotations to secure client business. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage projects from order placement to completion, ensuring seamless coordination and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure timely project completion.
  2. Project Coordination: Manage projects from start to finish, including finalizing specifications, placing orders, and coordinating handovers.
  3. Liaison with Clients and Suppliers: Establish strong relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth communication and resolution of any issues.
  4. Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, such as sending POs, checking invoices, and signing off against orders.
  5. Team Support: Assist the design team in ensuring drawings and presentations are accurate and up-to-date.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
