Furniture and Estates Coordinator

Ravensbourne University London is looking for an experienced Furniture and Estates Coordinator to join its Estates and Facilities team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the university's space planning, furniture changes, and moves, working closely with colleagues in Health and Safety and other stakeholders.
About the Role
This role requires a strong understanding of space planning and organization, as well as experience using software design tools, including CAD. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to deliver project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Manage the university's space planning, furniture changes, and moves
- Develop and maintain AutoCAD drawings to reflect current space uses and furniture layouts
- Collaborate with colleagues in Health and Safety to review furniture choices and space designs
- Engage with building managers and stakeholders to deliver project outcomes
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a supportive working environment.
