About the Role
We are seeking a Client Relationship Specialist to join our team in Dagenham, United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales and account management, with a strong focus on building and maintaining client relationships. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services.
  • Track and report on client satisfaction and account performance.
  • Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients to maximize revenue.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Client Relationship Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
