About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Disabled Travel Team at Southwark Council as an Administrative and Data Support Officer. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of Blue Badge and Freedom Pass applications, ensuring they are processed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen applications from the initial stages to ordering badges and passes on different computer systems
  • Provide excellent customer service to highly vulnerable residents over the phone and via email
  • Support the team in ensuring applications are processed right first time
  • Develop and learn new skills through training and project work
