Job Title: Administrative Support Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Officer to join our team at Brook Street NMR. As an Administrative Support Officer, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including diary management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
  • Manage meeting rooms and visitor management systems, ensuring seamless communication with staff and visitors.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination, including sourcing meeting room solutions and liaising with stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including meeting data and expenditure.
  • Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure the smooth operation of the office, including reporting faults and repairs.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, with a focus on customer service and event planning.
  • Proficient in MS Office and meeting room management software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A-level or equivalent qualification, with a desire to pursue further education and training.
