The Redline Group is a leading distributor seeking a seasoned UK Health & Safety Manager to spearhead their H&S culture across all UK sites.

This dynamic role reports directly to the Operations Director and comes with a competitive salary of £65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive H&S guidelines that meet industry standards.
  • Drive proactive measures to mitigate risks and prevent accidents across all UK sites.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to minimize greenhouse gas emissions and optimize waste management practices.
  • Evaluate safety protocols and implement necessary signage as required.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to ensure continuous compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in OSHA, ISO45001, and ISO14001 frameworks.
  • NEBOSH certification is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of high compliance in Warehousing & Distribution environments.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role or equivalent experience in a related field.
