Project Overview

Kenton Black Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Industrial Unit Project Manager to oversee the running of our New Build Industrial unit project in West London. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

We are offering a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, plus benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage the day-to-day operations of the project, including supervising site staff and contractors.
  • To ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines.
  • To oversee the management of risk and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • To collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in managing large value projects in the industrial sector.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects to handover on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant field, such as engineering or construction management.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and direct site staff and contractors.
