Personal Care Worker

**About the Role:** We are currently recruiting for a Care Support Assistant to work in the Dover District area. As a Care Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting clients who require assistance with daily living tasks, such as dressing, bathing, and using the toilet.
You will work closely with clients to understand their individual needs and preferences, ensuring that their care plan is tailored to their specific requirements.
Key responsibilities include assisting clients with mobility issues, such as physical disabilities, incontinence, and the use of personal aids and equipment. You will also be responsible for promoting clients' mental and physical well-being through activities like talking, outings, reading, writing, hobbies, and recreations.
A strong emphasis is placed on building relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and companionship. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
Estimated Salary: Based on industry standards, we estimate the salary for this role to be around £22,000 per annum, depending on experience.
