We're seeking a skilled Global Reward Analyst-Pay to join our team at British Airways. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing guidance and expertise to our People Business Partners and line managers on global pay, through the effective application of reward data, policies, and processes.

The Role:

As a Global Reward Analyst-Pay, you'll drive the end-to-end design and implementation of meaningful pay offerings for our global colleagues. You'll manage our current pay processes and continually improve the way we work. You'll also be engaged in upcoming pay legislation and drive internal change relating to changing external landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement pay strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Manage and improve our pay processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with pay legislation and drive internal change to ensure compliance.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to our People Business Partners and line managers on global pay.
