Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair devices to optimal functionality
- Handle quotations and shipping documents with precision
- Manage repair processes for Microsoft and Apple devices
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Windows and Apple systems
- Service and refurbish devices to meet the highest standards
- Coordinate timely repairs and communication with customers
- Maintain meticulous documentation and data management
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to drive innovation
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Strong technical knowledge of Windows and iOS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize effectively and adapt to change
