Job Description

Are you a sales professional looking for a challenging opportunity to sell roofing and building products to commercial customers? Do you have a passion for building relationships and driving business growth? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager - Commercial to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase revenue and market share in the commercial roofing and building products market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including contractors, builders, and other industry professionals.
  • Coordinate with our inside sales support team and vendors to plan and execute product promotions and sales initiatives.
  • Develop and execute a detailed annual sales plan to achieve sales targets and goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven success in selling roofing and/or building products in a B2B, commercial environment.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand customer needs and develop solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record, and reliable transportation for local travel in your territory.
