Key Responsibilities- Process and manage sales invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Allocate and reconcile payments received, maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Assist in setting up new accounts and maintaining existing ones
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and issues
- Contribute to the resolution of aged debt queries and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Proven experience working with Microsoft Office, with intermediate or above skills in Excel
- Strong commitment to high-quality customer service and ability to work well in a team
