We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Complaints Co-ordinator to join our EMEA team at our office in Egham, Surrey. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and environmental management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Corrective Actions systems (CAR and SCAR) to identify and address quality problems and failure analysis requests.
  • Research and analyze quality data to create effective reporting and identify root causes of quality issues.
  • Maintain, update, and create process diagrams and quality and environmental systems to support the Quality & Environmental Engineers in maintaining compliance to certification standards.
  • Assess and verify the effectiveness of received responses from suppliers and manage Failure Analysis Requests.
  • Collate and analyze quality and environmental data and present in a professional manner.
  • Responsible for some aspects of product compliance, mainly data management.
  • Develop and maintain excellent communication and relationship building skills with our supplier base.
Requirements:
  • Educated to degree or diploma standard with a knowledge of Quality Management Systems including ISO 9001 and an understanding of Environmental Management Systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
