We are seeking a confident sales professional to join our team who already resides in Birmingham and holds the right to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship in the future.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an engineer to be part of the cutting-edge automation revolution in a company where the sales manager began their career as an apprentice.

The Role

  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales to prepare customer proposals and negotiate pricing.
  • Proactively identify business opportunities and drive them forward through telephone, video, and in-person meetings/presentations.

While this position is not highly target-focused, we require someone who is proactive and able to work independently. Full product training and support will be provided.

Requirements

  • HNC or graduate degree in engineering; electrical, mechanical, or mechatronics.
  • Previous technical sales experience - internal sales, field sales engineer, technical sales, account manager.
  • Full driving licence.
  • Experience selling into the automotive, medical, or food industry is beneficial.

Salary and Benefits

  • Estimated salary range: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum.
  • Company car.
  • 25 days holiday.
  • 37 hours per week.
