About the Role:

Astute People's Nuclear team is exclusively partnering with a world leader in cable and pipe seals to recruit a Technical Sales Manager for their growing business in the Power and Process sector.

The successful candidate will be key to further developing the Process Industry market in the UK, covering engineering specifications with leading design companies and extending to owners and contractors involved in operating and constructing projects.

This position comes with a salary of around £45,000, a company vehicle, and a bonus scheme of 20%-40% based on personal and company performance.

Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and engage with UK DNO companies and process industry projects to drive sales.
  2. Develop new business opportunities from initial contact through to inclusion on client-approved lists and maintain existing relationships.
  3. Present solutions to key decision-makers through technical presentations, site visits, and training.
  4. Drive sustainable growth via targeted sales plans and world-class project support.
  5. Use CRM for customer management and provide market insights.
  6. Strong understanding of civil construction, electrical, controls, automation, and mechanical systems in relevant markets.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to present solutions.
