Job Description

We are seeking experienced and dynamic Data Strategy & Governance Consultants to join our teams. As a Data Strategy Consultant, you will engage with clients daily, working to understand their challenges and deliver solutions. You will be based from one of our regional offices or on client site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data strategies and governance frameworks for clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their data challenges and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement data management and analytics solutions.
  • Provide expert advice on data governance, data quality, and data security.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Multi-skilled experience in data strategy and governance, including data policies, data standards, and metadata management.
  • Ability to deliver data strategy and governance tasks as part of a wider framework.
  • Experience with data quality rules and reporting.
  • Experience with data strategy and governance tools such as Purview, Informatica, Collibra, and Snowflake.
  • Strong understanding of data governance initiatives and compliance with regulations such as BCBS and GDPR.
  • Advanced working knowledge of SQL and relational databases, as well as NoSQL databases and cloud-based data platforms.
  • Technical business analysis experience.
  • Proactive awareness of industry standards, regulations, and developments.
