About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Audiologist/Hearing Aid Dispenser to join our team in the North Cornwall area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting hearing tests, advising on and selling suitable remedial hearing solutions, and delivering excellent aftersales service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct hearing tests for potential customers in accordance with HCPC standards and BSHAA guidelines
  • Advise on and sell suitable remedial hearing solutions based on test results
  • Process orders and perform administrative tasks as required
  • Deliver exceptional aftersales service, responding to service calls and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
