Administrative Support Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Penguin Recruitment Ltd. This is a full-time, home-based role that offers remote working with occasional site visits across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with installation and design teams to manage diaries, schedule work, and organize maintenance of company assets.
  • Evaluate sites and manage large data sets using Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups, and conditional formatting.
  • Document company installations and maintenance, and manage staff diaries to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion of installation, design, and maintenance tasks.
  • Liaise with staff to organize site visits and installation, and occasionally visit sites in the Midlands, London, or Yorkshire.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in IT skills, particularly in Outlook and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and a professional phone manner.
  • Flexible approach to working and ability to pick up tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in managing large data sets and organizing diaries.
