Job Role

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our Children's Social Work team in Enfield. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience working with vulnerable young people and hold an NVQ3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.

The ideal candidate will be able to carry out direct work in CSE awareness with young people, present to assemblies, and engage in group work. They will also be part of a multi-disciplinary team working with vulnerable young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Hold a small caseload and carry out direct work in CSE awareness with young people
  2. Preventative work in Schools, presenting to assemblies and some group work
  3. Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, working with vulnerable young people

Requirements:

  • NVQ3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
  • Current CRB
  • Car driver
